The Château Maison Noble vineyard spans an area of 115 hectares, spread across several communes. The average age of the vines is 35 years. The estate cultivates several grape varieties for its red and white wines.
For red grape varieties, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon are grown. One source indicates a breakdown of 75% Merlot and 25% Cabernet Sauvignon for the reds, while another also mentions Cabernet Franc. For white grape varieties, Sauvignon Blanc, Sémillon, Sauvignon Gris, and Muscadelle are planted. One source notes a proportion of 60% Sauvignon Blanc and 40% Sémillon for the whites.
