The estate's main cuvée, Château Thibeaud-Maillet, is a still red wine. Its blend comprises Merlot (85% or 90% depending on the vintage) and Cabernet Franc (15%). Annual production for the 1998 vintage was 6,167 bottles.
Vinification and ageing
Château Thibeaud-Maillet wines are aged in cask. For certain vintages, such as 1999, ageing was carried out in oak barrels, using 50% new barrels and 50% one-wine barrels.
