A great article in Le Républicain about the 2026 vintage and a presentation of our conservatory of forgotten grape varieties, which will feature over 70 historic grape varieties from next year.
A tremendous undertaking now begins for us: to observe and document the potential of these grape varieties. Not all of them will possess the necessary qualities to address climate change, but we are confident that solutions exist. The challenge, of course, is to find them.
