A short video illustrating the T-bud grafting technique
The small saw cut on the vine at the end helps prevent graft rejection in the event of an excessive surge of sap.
From Monday, we will prune the vine by sawing off one of the two arms to direct the flow of sap towards the graft.
In total, we have top-grafted 5,400 vines with Mancin, Castets and a tiny bit of Sauvignonasse.
