Always a pleasure to welcome a group of fellow winemakers to the estate to discuss grape varieties and rootstocks, as part of a Bordeaux Families training day
A day led by the renowned Laurent Audeguin and Olivier Yobregat from the IFV.
We gave them a taste of our amphora of forgotten grape varieties, still ageing for a few months.
It is already tasting very well, even though the tannins still need to integrate. We should be bottling in the autumn.
