Analysis of our whites from our Peyron and Bouché plots
Harvest starts tomorrow through to Friday on our earliest plots.
Though volumes are low, it should be very good. The grapes taste very good, pH levels are low at this stage for our Graves soils, which should yield lovely white wines with fine tension.
Naturally, everything will be hand-harvested to bring out the very best from our terroirs.
