At Sciences Po, students only believe what they can touch
We took up the challenge by letting them get a feel for wine, showing them that Bordeaux and its history reveal an unsuspected richness!
Grape varieties have changed considerably since the 19th century, and I was able to introduce them to some forgotten grape varieties from the past—proof that heritage varieties still have wonderful things to show us.
