49 grape varieties in Bordeaux, 27 red, 22 white... These grape varieties, for those that have not disappeared for good, are for the most part no longer permitted in the Bordeaux appellations. At a time when Bordeaux grape varieties have been planted across the entire world, Bordeaux has the opportunity here to offer a unique palette of flavours, to stand out. That is what we believe, and that is why we are replanting these grape varieties: to taste them, vinify them, and rediscover them. We will vinify our first parcel in 2020. We cannot wait!
