Devatting is now complete

All the vats have been drained and the wines will now be able to go into their ageing vessels. This harvest was decidedly very long, with lingering Cabernet Sauvignons struggling to finish their sugars. There are some very lovely batches and next year we should be able to offer you some thrilling single-vineyard cuvées. Not to mention a few forgotten grape variety cuvées we have in store for you.
