Nous commençons with our little miracle of this 2019 vintage. We have a small 60-are parcel on our Peyron plateau. Rather temperamental 60-year-old vines. The vines give us whatever they feel like giving; they are prone to coulure and have not been spared by frost and hail in recent years. In 2019, a miracle: 8 hectolitres made it to the end. Very low yields, exceptional quality, optimal harvest date. All the conditions came together to produce a great bottle. Structure, a lovely underlying acidity, an explosive red fruit nose, a silky palate. The wine was aged in amphora for a year before bottling. Just over 1,000 bottles available. They will go very quickly!
