Depending on the cuvées and terroirs, we alternate between hand-picking and machine harvesting. To craft the Entre amis cuvée, we opt for machine harvesting for this fruit-forward, entry-level cuvée. Grape harvesters have made huge strides. Gregoire machines give us complete satisfaction.
