Fascinating visit yesterday to Alain Breuille
This enthusiast has spent 40 years of his life collecting heritage varieties of peaches, clingstone peaches and nectarines in his private nursery. More than 120 varieties have been saved thanks to him.
A genetic reservoir saved from irremediable loss thanks to him. A collection of his varieties has now been registered in the National Fruit Tree Catalogue.
