I loved this white from Stephanie Roussel
On terroirs close to ours (in the Marmandais), she manages to craft wines with great tension and incredible minerality. The sandstone jars she uses certainly have a lot to do with it.
In 2019, we will initiate a collaboration with Stéphanie so that she can craft a cuvée with us.
