Let us continue presenting our cuvées

Here is the cuvée Entre amis 2017, a red Graves made from 70% Cabernet Sauvignon, with the remainder a blend of Merlot, Malbec and Cabernet Franc.
The 2017 vintage was marked by two frost episodes in April that destroyed 90% of the crop. The whole challenge with such a vintage is achieving even ripeness between first-generation bunches and those emerging from secondary buds.
This is why we waited as long as possible for the Cabernet Sauvignons to reach sufficient maturity. We obtained a delightful, easy-drinking wine to share with friends, wonderfully crisp. Fermented with indigenous yeasts. It benefits from thorough decanting before serving.
