We work with technical corks. These corks guarantee the absence of cork taint and help to optimally regulate oxygen exchange with the wine. It ensures that bottles will all age in a consistent manner, putting an end to the fine bottle kept in the cellar for ten years only to be poured down the sink. We find that unacceptable for our wines, and for our customers who place their trust in us.
