01 October 2026
That's a wrap for our red grape harvest.

We started on 18th August. Today is 1st October.
Today saw a magnificent harvest of Mancin, Petit Verdot, Carménère, and the more experimental Bequignol and Gros Verdot.
Mancin once again revealed its qualities in responding to the challenges of climate change:
Potential alcohol of 13.1%
Total acidity of 3.37
Malic acid of 3.4
We could certainly have waited a few more days to harvest.
This is certainly one of the most promising lots harvested in 2026.
Our Comme en 1900 promises to be magnificent.
Now for fermentation and then maturation.
All that remains is to harvest our Blanc Auba, Blanc Vert, Chenin, and Petit Manseng for a small sweet wine cuvée.
