The home straight

Thanks to you, we are going to push the project that drives us even further. Replanting all the historic grape varieties that existed in Bordeaux. 52 grape varieties have been identified to date, and we are continuing our research. We are not stopping there! Planting is scheduled for early June. We have already drained the plot and worked the soil. All that remains is to spread the manure (90 tonnes!) and plant.
