The weather forecast is predicting frost for Saturday, Sunday and Monday
The early-budding grape varieties have started budburst. In the photo, a Cabernet-Franc vine. A frost could prove fatal to it. We should be spared on late-budding varieties or on the plots that we deliberately haven’t pruned yet.
We are entering an April where we will be hanging on the weather forecast every single day. We hope it will be kinder than in 2021.
