We have installed our amphorae for the red wines in the vinification cellar
Work on our ageing cellar is dragging on and we could no longer wait to transfer our reds, which are eagerly awaiting this maturation.
It is no easy task to find reliable tradespeople to carry out work. We will bring our ageing cellar into service next year. With our small harvest this year, we managed to find a solution. For next year, we will have no choice.
