So on Friday, we were busy labelling. During bottling, one can either choose to carry out all 4 operations directly, in which case everything is done in one go: bottling, labelling, boxing... Or we only do 'tiré-bouché'—that is, bottling and corking—and store bare bottles in pallet boxes. This is what we do most often, because it saves on cash flow (deferring the purchase of labels and cardboard boxes) and also allows us to apply a different label if we wish, particularly for export.
