Yesterday, we brought in our Cabernet Francs
The quality is there with beautifully ripe grapes in pristine health. You could hardly call this an early vintage: 30 September for Cabernet Franc!
In terms of volume, we will make do with a modest 20 hectolitres, enough to fill a small vat and almost certainly vinify a single-parcel wine from Peyron. We will almost certainly age it in amphora for added finesse!
