Castets-Bouchalès 2025 - En primeur

Cuvée "en primeur", delivered in June 2027.

Each year, we are keen to introduce you to a grape variety in a cuvée that spotlights it. Well, this year, it's the Castets that we're going to honour. It's a grand, complex grape variety, but its weakness is having low acidity in warm years. This year, we decided to co-ferment it with a batch of Bouchalès, from the adjoining parcel. The Bouchalès brings acidity and red fruit expression. The result is a complex, spicy nose with a round and dense palate. There won't be enough for everyone. Approximately 1000 bottles for this experimental cuvée.
