Signature cuvées
Among the cuvées produced is Château Perayne Le Papillon, a white wine made from pure Sémillon. The grapes are hand-harvested, then fermented and aged in oak barrels. The estate also offers the Château Le Rey Sud red cuvée under the Bordeaux appellation.
Vinification and ageing
For the Le Papillon cuvée, the grapes are harvested by hand. Fermentation and ageing take place in oak barrels.
