Flagship cuvées

Red wines

  • Cuvée Tradition (Bordeaux Supérieur rouge): This wine is crafted from a blend of 90% Merlot and 10% Cabernet Sauvignon. It is designed for cellaring for around 8 years.
  • Cuvée Prestige (Bordeaux Supérieur rouge): This cuvée is 100% Merlot. It is aged for 12 months in barrels in an underground stone quarry located 15 metres below ground, benefiting from a natural temperature of 13°C. This wine offers an ageing potential of 12 years.

White wines

  • Cuvée Tradition (Bordeaux blanc): Composed of 50% Sauvignon, 40% Sémillon and 10% Muscadelle, this cuvée is hand-harvested. Ageing lasts 8 months in new 500-litre barrels with weekly lees stirring.
  • SOURCE DE ROCHE BLANC (Entre-deux-Mers): This white wine is a blend of 50% Sauvignon, 40% Sémillon and 10% Muscadelle.

Rosé wines

  • SOURCE DE ROCHE ROSÉ: This rosé is produced from 100% Cabernet. The harvest is carried out at night to preserve freshness, and vinification is carried out by whole-berry pressing without maceration.

Other products

  • LE JUS DE RAISIN: A 100% Cabernet, natural grape juice that can be kept for 5 years before opening and 15 days in the refrigerator after opening.

Vinification and ageing

For Cuvée Tradition Blanc, fermentation and ageing take place in new 500-litre barrels for 8 months, with weekly stirring of the lees. The red Cuvée Prestige undergoes 12 months of barrel ageing, carried out 15 metres underground in a former stone quarry where the temperature remains at a natural 13°C.
