A good resolution
Delving into the Théâtre d’agriculture, a work written in the 16th century by Olivier de Serres.
This work went through 19 re-editions from 1600 to 1675.
The author is today considered the father of agronomy. Viticulture is detailed extensively.
I’ll tell you more once I have read it.
