A newly planted vineyard takes a lot of maintenance, and mechanising weeding between the vines is difficult
Since 2017, we have systematically used horse-drawn cultivation. This allows us to carry out very precise work without compacting the soil.
Our plantings of forgotten grape varieties are progressing well, and we can't wait to taste the first vintage: the 2020.
