Ageing now begins for the forgotten grape varieties
Mancin, Castets, Saint-Macaire and other Bouchalès are heading into their respective barrels and amphorae for 12 to 18 months of ageing. We will taste them regularly to see which vessel best suits each grape variety during this ageing process.
And the final blend will allow us to craft the Comme en 1900 cuvée.
The vintage is more than promising. We can't wait for you to taste it.
