At dawn, when the grapes are nice and cool, we are bringing in our last Sémillon from the Cazebonne parcel today
The health of the grapes is excellent.
This batch will bring the richness and backbone to our cuvée Entre amis. The Sauvignon grapes will provide the aromatics.
It is going to be truly delicious!
