Delivery of 200 tonnes of compost in the coming days
Our soils need humus, on our lean Graves soils.
This year, we have chosen to spread only cattle-derived composts. We need composts that last.
Step by step, we will increase the humus levels in our soils. These inputs help us, but gradually our cover crops will take over. It is an essential condition for optimum soil vitality and the crafting of great wines.
