First spraying of the year yesterday

Last year, we started two weeks earlier. Frost played a part, but not only that: the near absence of rain over the past two months does not favour disease development. We are spraying ahead of the rain forecast for the end of this week and early next week. Applying a small dose of copper (100g/hectare) and sulphur (3 kilos) and only on our most advanced plots (the Merlots spared by the frost). As for the rest, we will take stock next week, depending on rainfall and the upcoming weather forecast.
