Francis had suggested growing vegetables among the vines at Cazebonne

Back in his wine-growing Champagne region, he is innovating once again and has just launched Le Clos St Éloi, a garden open to all.
His surplus harvest goes into a shared vegetable crate. Anyone can help themselves or bring along a few surplus vegetables from their own garden.
We love it!
