Global Warming and Vineyard Adaptation

Global warming is a reality that we, as winemakers, have been experiencing every year, or almost, for more than ten years now.

In the early years, we were in denial. It's just a freak event, things will be better next year. But ten consecutive years with major weather hazards. We can no longer remain in denial.

A brief overview in this article of some of the measures we are implementing to try to adapt, to survive.
