Hand-harvesting yesterday of our Castets grape variety
We will have around 500 litres for this first harvest. Just enough to release a confidential first vintage...
It was good, nicely ripe and coming in at just over 14% ABV. We are waiting for the analysis.
Our plan is to age this in terracotta amphorae, blended with Mancin.
