Here is the state of the few bunches of Sémillon we have left after the hail
On the same bunch, some berries are ripe, others completely green...
We're going to wait a fortnight to see if we have enough to harvest even just 1,000 bottles of an experimental cuvée.
Perhaps we will even wait for botrytis to work its magic...
