It is a pleasure to see our vines looking like this after 4 years of organic conversion

When we started, the soils were covered in moss and the flora was poor, dominated by couch grass.
The latter has now practically disappeared, making way for greater diversity. Our cover crops now thrive in our Graves soils, providing nitrogen and organic matter.
It is reassuring to see how, ultimately, in such a short space of time, we can revitalise agricultural soils!
The reward for us is also seeing the progression in the quality of the grapes we harvest. We step up a level each year; we cannot wait to taste our grapes in September.
