Last week, we re-tasted our 2017s

The Grand blanc 2017 has been in bottle for a month. It is still showing bottle shock and we will need to leave it to rest before releasing it, for several weeks at least. Our 2017 red ‘Entre amis’ is tasting well. We will bottle it in the autumn. The few barrels of red for the Grand rouge 2017 will wait patiently in the cellar. We will not bottle it before the spring.
