Last year, we took over a conventionally farmed plot adjoining one of ours, on the very same terroir

After 32mm of rain fell yesterday evening, puddles are clearly visible, whereas on our historic plots there is not a single puddle on the ground. The storm water was absorbed extremely well. This confirms our observations: it takes 3 to 5 years to restore soil quality. Which, in the end, is very encouraging for the planet. 5 years is really so little after all! So, let’s get to work!
