On Wednesday, the first tasting session to select the Bordeaux Pirate đŽââ ïž cuvĂ©es was held in Bordeaux

Each candidate winegrower could present 3 cuvées.
We took part with our cuvée Comme en 1900, pictured here alongside a cuvée presented by Fabien Lapeyre.
The jury had to score two criteria: the organoleptic quality of the wine and its originality, its innovative character.
The first criterion will count for two-thirds, the second for one-third.
The cuvĂ©es receiving the highest scores will be elected Pirate đŽââ ïž.
The list of cuvées will be published next week.
Bordeaux is on the move, driven by the initiative of many passionate winegrowers.
