Our Cabernet Sauvignon harvested this morning on our Peyron terroir is certainly not lacking in potential alcohol
A density of nearly 1100, which will bring us to around 13.5% alcohol.
And it is very ripe and utterly delicious!
We are going to make a great wine with this.
