The Bouché plot is now fully replanted

We have interplanted 1,100 Sauvignon Gris vines on our finest white wine terroir. We are going to pamper these vines and, if all goes well, the first grapes will arrive in 3 years. However, it is not quite that simple, as the young vines will be competing with already well-established vines; we will therefore have to be particularly vigilant about weed competition and water these plants in the event of drought this spring or summer.
