The Jardin des Vignes can bring in

.. some sorrel.
When Francis began cultivating in the vineyard garden, he noticed the presence of Rumex, a plant that indicates compacted soils. Its deep taproot helps to decompact the ground.
Since sorrel belongs to the same botanical family as Rumex, he thought it would thrive in these soils.
Today, the soils are much less compacted, but the sorrel continues to proliferate, much to the gardener's delight.
He therefore decided to dig some up to replant it a little further along.
