The juices are incredibly flattering this year
The wines are already very enjoyable to drink, showing great balance. We decided not to over-extract the Cabernets to preserve this seductive character, focusing on finesse rather than extraction.
Because a great Bordeaux wine isn’t necessarily a wine you have to wait 10 years for!
