This Wednesday and Thursday, we are top-grafting one hectare of Sémillon with Castets and Mancin
This could allow us to harvest 10 hectolitres of these two forgotten grape varieties as early as this year, to age them in amphorae.
The scion wood has been kept chilled in cold storage all winter. We are hydrating it at room temperature for two days. It will be ready for grafting on Thursday.
