This wine does not exist

Vinified from the Cabernet-Malbec grape variety, an unlisted variety crossed in 1894 by Mr Elie from Malbec and Cabernet-Sauvignon. It is very interesting, moderate in alcohol, with lovely colour and structure, and aromas of chocolate, pepper, and dark fruit. It’s decided: we are going to plant a few vines... we will see if that helps get it registered in the official catalogue.
