Trump has already implemented 25% tariffs on European wines
He is considering raising these tariffs to 100%.
In the United States, wine industry stakeholders are mobilising against this tax, which they consider the worst disaster since Prohibition.
It is—and would be even more so if it were to rise to 100%—very bad news for French wines.
