Veraison on the Jurançon noir
Veraison is now starting across all grape varieties. From this stage, downy mildew can no longer attack the bunches. A real relief. Now, we need sunshine to ripen the grapes and begin the harvest, which will not be early this year, marking a return to a classic year in terms of harvest dates, in stark contrast to the earliness of recent years.
