Vineyard irrigation in Bordeaux: a necessary adaptation?
Faced with increasingly hot and dry summers, a question regularly arises: should we irrigate the vines in Bordeaux?
I was against it, only a few months ago.
However, what we experienced this summer has shaken my convictions. The very survival of our wine estates is at stake.
So I dug a little deeper into the subject and share the findings of my research and reflections in this article.
