We are pressing our small batches, 5 hl by 5 hl
This should fill a few high-quality amphorae and barrels for us.
This morning, harvesting Sauvignon from our Peyron terroir, and we carry on this week with Muscadelle and two later-ripening batches of Sauvignon. The Sémillon will wait a little longer (early next week?) to reach perfect ripeness.
