We were ready at the crack of dawn this morning for the first day of the harvest
We are going to hand-harvest 150 crates of Sauvignon, Sauvignon Gris and Sémillon co-planted on our Bouché plot. This contributes to the charm of this parcel. It is here that we harvest our finest white grapes each year.
We are a good week ahead compared to last year.
