What a joy for us to bring in these crates of Bouchalès
Not a large harvest (600 litres), but a true reward to be able to push this capricious grape variety to full ripeness this year.
And what a delight: fruit underpinned by a lovely tension. It sets the tone for our Comme en 1900 cuvée by bringing tension, so enjoyable on the palate.
